javert’s clothing is predictable because he’s predictable okay hes just a boring yet scary guy to be around and he wears the same thing all the time because hes got literally multiple copies of the same outfit (the Only Outfit) sometimes when he isnt working (when is that) he wears boots and feels very uncomfortable in such casual clothing on casual fridays he just rolls his sleeves up (sCANDALOUS!!!!!!!!!!! :ooooo!!!!) if you invite this man to a barbecue he will either a) decline or b) come WEARING THIS IN LIKE 20000 DEGREES
